MISSED APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give at least 24 hours in advanced notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.

If less than 24 hours is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay a fee of 50% of the quoted price for your next appointment, at the time of booking.

You will no longer be rescheduled after two consecutive short cancellations.

You will no longer be booked after a no-call, no-show.
